The French General Toile Hand Embroidery Workshop in Beacon October 2, 2013 call: 845 831-1134 x105

Now that the Fall is upon us I just can’t resist starting a new hand embroidery project. 

The Howland Public Library in Beacon has graciously offered to hosting a hand embroidery workshop featuring the lovely toile fabrics of The French General.  I will be teaching and demonstrating basic embroidery techniques as well as discussing the use of shading and thread painting.  This program is a FREE and all supplies are provided.

 Reservations are required, but I will bring a few extra kits for the inevitable last minute walk-ins!  For beginners or more advanced beginners who would like to cozy up with hand embroidery project for the Fall – come and join us! 

Please bring your own hoop if you have one – if not, one will be provided.
