Nacient Needle – taking a sabatical

I have had a great 4 1/2 year run with the Needle Arts Guild of Historic Hudson Valley. I’ve done tons of sewing projects for customers and even branched out into upholstery work. I’ve enjoyed all the classes that I’ve taught and workshops that I’ve given.

Alas, the time has come to direct my full attentions elsewhere so I will not be taking orders or offering classes in the foreseeable future. I really wish I knew of someone to direct you to for your slipcover orders, but I do not. For now I will sew for my own enjoyment and hopefully have more time to do the hand embroidery work that I really love. Country Bumpkin and Inspirations magazine can not come to Beacon this fall for an Embroidery Heaven Workshop due to scheduling issues, but they assure me that intent to come back in the fall of 2015! I look forward to that.

Thanks to everyone who has supported my work.
